Glass half full for the Indy 500
Indianapolis 500 organisers are planning to allow fans to attend the rescheduled event in August – but with attendance capped at 50% of the venue’s capacity. The Indycar Series’ headline event is due to take place on 23 August. It is one of the world’s biggest spectator events, but the crowd limit means that attendance will be limited to ‘only’ half of the speedway’s approximately 230,000-seat capacity.
