Jacky Ickx strikes a pose with his Ferrari 312B2 at the 1971 French Grand Prix at Paul Ricard. The Belgian had dominated the previous round at Zandvoort, taking pole position, fastest lap and victory, but his luck didn’t hold out in France: starting from third on the grid, Ickx was out on lap five with a blown engine.
