Win a family fun day at the races

Ayr Racecourse is holding the first of two fantastic Family Days on Sunday, July 3 with totepool Family Raceday.

It features seven races and a barrowload of children’s entertainment which is all free.

Marshall from Paw Patrol will make personal appearances at intervals and there will be photo opportunities so don’t forget to bring your camera.

And we have a fantastic competition where three lucky readers can win a Summer Sizzler package for four adults and two children comprising: Admission Racecard Main Meal Voucher Drink – either a pint of John Smith’s or Fosters, bottle of lager or spirit and dash and soft drink for the children.

There will be lots more e nt e r t a i n m e nt i n c l u d i n g appearances from a dance group. Activities include a superhero workshop, dance displays and workshops, fairground rides, mini quads, bouncy castle, magical mayhem, jumping clay workshop, jewellery and craft making, face painters and glitter tattooists.

There is free entry to all serving members of the Armed Forces and their families plus veterans. First race is due off at 2.25pm.
