Top line- up in store at Darvel Music Festival
Another fantastic festival will rock Ayrshire this weekend as the 15th annual Darvel Music Festival gets under way.
Red Sky July top off a fantastic three band line- up on Friday night, with support from Roddy Hart and The Lonesome Fire and Irvine troubador Sean C Kennedy.
And on Saturday night, 360 and James Brown is Annie will thrill audiences at Darvel Town Hall.
Elsewhere, tonight ( Wednesday) will be a real treat for music fans when a trio of fantastic tributes rock Kilmarnock’s Palace Theatre playing the hits from Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi and Bryan Adams.
And in Ayr, another top act pays tribute to one of the great as The Talons perform the hits of The Eagles at the Gaiety Theatre on Tuesday evening.
Some of Ayrshire’s top homegrown talent will also take to stages across the next week, with highlights including King of Birds at Elliots in Prestwick on Friday night and Wildcard at The Alton Inn in Kilwinning on Saturday.
