Shake on a job well done
When Mr Ladd decided to get a new roofline for his home in Coylton he knew to come to Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd.
He had previously replaced the windows and doors of his home and had dealt with Tom Callaghan himself.
This time Mr Ladd dealt with Ian McPherson. Asked how he found the sales service, Mr Ladd said: “He was very good. He was very nice and pleasant, especially compared to other salesmen I have dealt with in the past.”
When asked why he decided to install new roofline, Mr Ladd said: “The existing roofline was getting tatty and had to be either painted or replaced.
“If replaced, I knew I would never have to worry about it again so it seemed the best choice.”
The job was recently undertaken by Barry and Lee and Mr Ladd was very impressed with their work, saying: “The fitters were first- class. I was particularly impressed by Barry, who did the majority of the work on site.
“His work was absolutely superb and I would employ him any time.
“The clean- up was perfect. I couldn’t have wished for anything else.”
“When asked if he would recommend the company to others, Mr Ladd added: “Oh, definitely.
“In fact, our neighbour has also just had a job done by the company.
“They were able to organise it so that the fitters went straight from us to next door and were even able to use the same scaffolding for both jobs.
“We would use the company again without hesitation.”
