Natasha reaches out to over 200 young people every week across East Ayrshire through her volunteering and sports coaching activities, giving over 800 hours of her time every year to support the local community. And she is set to join fellow
Snominees at the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh on Friday, November 11 for the grand ceremony. receiving recognition for her outstanding efforts.
On her nomination, she told the Post: “There is nothing more satisfying than knowing that you have helped children improve their skills, increase their ability, but most importantly, seeing the smiles on their faces knowing that they are happy and enjoying themselves.”
SQA Chief Executive, Dr Janet Brown added: “The awards give us a chance to thank those who give our learners the guidance, support, and encouragement they need to realise their potential.”
The Star Awards recognise both the individuals who work towards and the organisations that deliver SQA qualifications.
