Cops swoop on cannabis plants

A mini cannabis garden has ben unearthed by police.

Officers busted the fiveplant cultivation at Anderson Crescent in Prestwick on Saturday, March 18. Using a search warrant they forced entry at 6pm and made the discovery of the plants, which could be worth up to £ 2,500.

A 28- year- old man has been reported to the fiscal for being concerned in the production of cannabis.
