Muirkirk

Last Weekend, due to the heavy rainfall in the area the River Ayr broke its banks on numerous areas in the Muirkirk - Cumnock Road. The Windmill Farm which has had plans agreed for its building on the East side of Glembuck loch has now started and there is an excellent description on the Board at the side of Genbuck loch describing the design of the Wind Mill Farm. The plans took around three years to eventually get permission from East Ayrshire Council. The SNP. have now issued there Election Document explaining and all that would happen if they managed to get into power again but unfortunately Muirkirk seems to have been ommitted from their document.
