Ladies in semis of the Knockout Cup

Auchinleck Indoor ladies will play Coatbridge at Dumbarton in the semi- final of the SIBA Knockout Cup on Saturday, April 1.

They booked their place with an 8- 2 win over Paisley at Inverclyde after winning on three rinks.

Scores: J Sykes 19, M Anderson 11; H Kay 16, M Ronald 15; M Shimmons 23, A M Fletcher 23; J Williamson 17, G Palmer 18.

On Saturday at 2pm, Bunty Mackin, Jean Sykes and Josephine Williamson will play the semi final of SIBA ladies triples against Tweedbank at Aberdeen.

On Sunday, Cumnock play Auchinleck outdoor in the last match of the Baird Bowl from 11am to 1pm.

Club national competitions are nearing the semi finals which will be played during the next two week culmination in finals week from Monday to Friday, April 17 to 21.
