Glenafton ...... 1 Sauchie .......... 0

Chris Dallas fired Glenafton into the semi- finals of the Scottish Junior Cup and left them dreaming of a double.

The Premier Division leaders rolled up their sleeves to continue their glory season in front of a noisy Loch Park crowd.

Mick McCann hit the top of the bar before Dallas struck after only 12 minutes, forcing the ball home from close range.

Sauchie were denied a penalty when Brian McGarrity dropped a cross ball and then seemed to flatten Darren Cummings.

Glens lost injured McCann three minutes before the break and early in the second- half Sauchie lost winger Joshua Flood who was a real threat.

The Sauchie keeper kept Glens at bay in the second- half with some good saves.

The visitors threw on 35- year- old former Dundee United striker Collin Samuel and he volleyed wide before they had Andy Shirra sent off.
