Peter Henderson for Girvan & South Carrick

I live in Maidens and first came to Ayrshire in 1975 where I met and married my wife. I am a father- of- two aged 62 and recently retired as a director general of Customs, Excise and Revenue. All my life I have fought to improve the lives of others as a trade union representative and as a senior manager. A member of the SNP all my life I have for the past four years campaigned continuously and been made aware of the diverse needs and concerns. My work has involved governments and organisations worldwide. I bring commitment and a record of hard work, honesty, drive and determination.
