DJ Zoe Kelly Miley returns to her roots

-

A new exhibition looking at Ayrshire’s woodland history is open at Kilmarnock’s Dick Institute. Paintings and artefacts from the council collection will be on show as part of A Wooded Land until Saturday, August 26. The Irvine Valley Walking Festival ends this weekend . On Saturday, the Craufurdland and Dean walk starts at the Dean Castle at 10.30am before heading towards Craufurdland Castle. And on Sunday, rangers lead the Burnawn Nature Walk through Burnhouse Brae and Cessnock Wood at 2pm. It’s been almost four years since the lyrics ‘ I came in like a wreeeeeeeeeeeecking baaaaalll’ were trapped in our head thanks to Miley Cyrus.

And let’s not even go there with the iconic music video!

On Thursday’s Homerun on West FM we had the first play of Miley’sbrand new single Malibu which is all about getting back together with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth after a three- year split and rekindling their romance on a beach in Malibu...

Who would have thought that Miley would be the type to go all soppy and lurvy dovey on us?

‘ Malibu’ is not your typical edgy Miley track – she caused controversy a few years ago thanks to her risqué stage shows and song lyrics.

However, she has now returned to her Disney Hannah Montana squeaky clean image This latest sixth studio album, which is due out later this year, has a completely new sound, she has been heavily influenced by her relationship with Liam and politics.

One thing for sure is that it won’t be anything like her ‘ Bangerz’ album which she released in 2013.

Despite this new sound, one thing that isn’t different is her voice, whether you are a fan of Miley or not you have to appreciate her vocal talent. So it’s goodbye hot pants, goodbye twerking and good bye tongue.

Hannah Montana is back!

Miley Cyrus says she’s the happiest she’s ever been in her life and I’m excited to hear what’s next!
