Quiz team star at Holyrood contest

A foursome from Alloway Primary was among 31 schools who took over the Scottish Parliament’s Debating Chamber.

The primary sixes represented South Ayrshire in the final of the Euroquiz but sadly did not come home with the trophy.

Euroquiz, which takes place every year, sees teams of pupils working together to broaden their knowledge of European history, geography, sport, culture, languages and the European Union.
