No question who the Adams headed for

-

When looking for new double glazing, customers will often look for a number of quotes for comparison.

Mr and Mrs Adams of Girvan, however, went straight to Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd.

They said: “We found the company via an internet search and they were the only company we had out.

“We chose them as they’re a local family business; we didn’t want to go with a company that pesters people and wanted to go to them rather than the other way around.”

The couple had seven windows and two doors installed at their home.

Asked what prompted them to look for replacement windows and doors, they said: “We were desperately needing them, particularly for security reasons.

“We didn’t realise how much we needed them until the new ones were fitted – the new door in particular is so much heavier and stronger than what we had previously.”

Mr and Mrs Adams dealt with Ian McPherson on the sales side and their job was fitted by Jim, Kevin and David.

When asked about the service received, they said: “Ian was very pleasant and great to deal with.

“The fitters were very professional; they were lovely guys too and we couldn’t fault them. “The finished product is stunning.” Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd has an ever- growing list of satisfied customers and relies on such customers for recommendations.

Thanks to the excellent service they received, it seems that Mr and Mrs Adams will be only too happy to add themselves to that list.

The company offers high- quality products at competitive prices, providing a professional service and a product you will want to show off.

The team at the Ayr showroom will be delighted to discuss your home improvement proposals with you.
