Christine is more than happy to do business again
When Christine Hunter decided to replace four windows at her home in Prestwick, she knew to go back to Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd.
Christine said: “I’d had the existing windows for a while; they were letting draughts in and I was having problems with condensation.
“I had previously bought a front door from Tom Callaghan and they did a great job.”
Miss Hunter dealt with Ian McPherson and was delighted with the sales service she received, saying: “Ian was very helpful and friendly.
“He was easy to talk to, and he gave me all the information that I asked for.
“I did receive a quote from another company but Tom Callaghan came in cheaper, so price was a factor, but I decided to go with the company thanks to the great job they did before and the fact they were so nice and helpful.”
The job was fitted by Jim and Declan, and Miss Hunter is very pleased with a job well done.
She said: “They did a really good job and cleaned up well.
“The windows are well fitted and the soundproofing is so much better than before.”
