BB raise cash on church march

The annual church parade of the Boys Brigade ( Ayr Batallion) saw 220 boys and leaders march to St James’ Church in the town.

A collection taken was for the 8th Ayr Company’s charity, Enable Ayr and District SCIO, based at Sutherland House.

Senior boys from the Company carry out their service at the base in the community for the Queen’s Badge.

The sum of £ 680 was raised for the cause.
