OAP creep had porn with food

Blew kisses at girl, 16, from window

- Sarah Hilley

A perverted pensioner watched porn on his phone while dining in a Chinese restaurant.

Brian Dunn, 74, of Seafield, Ayr also blew kisses at a teenage girl and made improper remarks to her, Ayr Sheriff Court heard this week.

Sheriff Mhairi Mactaggart added Dunn to the sex offender’s register and called for reports on his background.

The creep brazenly looked at X- rated images as he tucked into food at Ruby 7 Days in New Bridge Street in the town during July 1 and August 6.

Describing Dunn’s bizarre behaviour during July 1, depute fiscal Andrew Lazarin said: “His mobile phone was left out on the table in full view and contained pornographic material.”

On another occasion Mr Lazarin said Dunn’s phone was “playing a pornographic video.”

Mr Lazarin told how Dunn asked a woman could he come back to her house on July 12 while having a meal in Ruby 7 Days.

He told the court how the woman thought he was just trying to be funny.

During another occasion he stared in the window of the eatery, waved and blew kisses at a 16- year- old girl.

He also leaned in closely to her and asked when she was going home on August 18.

Dunn, of upmarket Arrol Drive, admitted causing the teenager fear or alarm by repeatedly visiting the restaurant, looking in the window, waving at her, entering and making improper remarks.

He also pled guilty to intentionally causing two people to look at sexual images on his phone while sitting at the table, Sentencing has been deferred on Dunn until a risk assessment and criminal justice social work report is prepared.

He will learn his punishment next month.
