Only Tom Callaghan fitted the bill for their door canopy
Any good local business relies on recommendations and repeat customers, and Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd is no exception.
In fact, Tom regularly returns to see the same customers time and time again; Mr and Mrs Philips of Ardrossan are a prime example of customers who knew to come straight to Tom with their repeat business.
The couple recently had a canopy installed over the front door of their home and were full of praise for the company. Mr Philips said: “I’ve known Tom Callaghan for many years, from when he fitted nine windows in my flat; I was astonished that such a large job was completed in just one and a half days.
“His team did an absolutely fantastic job and he demonstrated then that he runs a very tight ship.”
Mr Philips continued: “We recently decided to install a new canopy over the front door as it was previously wood and was looking a bit worn.
“I contacted Tom again and he gave us a quote. He advised us to take away all the timber because of the likelihood of rot underneath; that was very sound advice.”
Mr and Mrs Philips were delighted with the job done by the fitters, saying: “The whole job was done in half a day and it was a perfect job.
“My wife and I went out for the day and when we came back the job was done and there was not a bit of debris in sight.”
Based on their experience, the couple would be delighted to recommend the company to others.
Mr Philips said: “Not only is Tom himself very professional, he’s nice with it.
“The same goes for the rest of his staff; we really couldn’t praise them enough.”
