Ayr United fan Stephen Robb had a double cause for celebration at the weekend.
Not only did he look on as his team thumped Arbroath 4- 1 at Gayfield, he also posted a bumper win for the Wee Windaes Betting Club.
Stephen came up with a lucrative treble comprising Middlesboro, Brentford and of course super Ayr.
A weekend to remember for Stephen and for betting club debutant Billy McClymont who also had a winning treble. Happy days indeed!
I had a very busy afternoon on Saturday at the races as along with Gordon Brown and Ed Watson I appeared on Ayr TV throughout the afternoon.
We showed all the races from the track, interviewed winning owners and trainers and analysed all the action.
It was a really enjoyable but busy afternoon.
