Friday, Dec 1: Christmas Lights switch- on 6.30pm. Christmas Parade leaves Carrick Academy 6pm. Santa Claus and his helpers will be joining the parade and would like children and their families to go along and take part with him. Please take your torches, put on your Santa hat and get into the Christmas spirit.

Friday, Dec 8: DOMINIC KIRWAN. Doors open 8pm. Strictly tickets only. Tickets £ 20 available from Town Hall, Margaret Ward, Moira Speirs and Flofin Flowers, Girvan.

Pick and drop off points at The Carrick Centre on 14th ( 10.25) and 21st ( 10.30) and various locations throughout North Carrick. Seats must be booked in advance. Carrick Centre Café will be open serving breakfast, teas and coffees before pick- up. Santa is having a special stop- off at the Centre on Saturday, December 2. Breakfast with Santa is a very special morning and loved by everyone who has been before. Enjoy a lovely breakfast with Santa then visit him in his special grotto. Booking essential. Only £ 5 per child.
