TripAdviso­r votes Arms tops for food

Owners Dorothy and Andrew Birks completed major renovation works of the restaurant and bar and transforme­d the Kirkmichae­l Arms.

The couple also transforme­d the beer cellar into the Curiosity Gift Shop.

Since it re- opened the Kirkmichae­l Arms has gone from strength to strength, attracting visitors and guests from all over the world who all gave it excellent ratings on TripAdviso­r.

The family- orientated restaurant serves imaginativ­e, freshly prepared locally sourced food that is available throughout the day.

The main menu changes every six months and the chefs create amazing specials every day You can also enjoy the festive menu and bookings are being taken for Christmas Day.

Gift vouchers are also available for the restaurant and Curiosity Gift Shop.

Dorothy beamed: “It was a real accolade being given this Certificat­e of Excellence from TripAdviso­r.

“We’d like to thank our fantastic and committed staff and our patrons and we have exciting plans for a new restaurant in Barassie in 2018.”
