All wee stars in the nativity
The children in P1 at Girvan Primary School performed to the other children in the school and the next day to their parents and friends.
They sang songs with actions to the Nativity story, which was entitled ‘ A Miracle in Town’.
The parents were amazed to see such super performances - from dancing camels who followed in a nice straight line on the stage, to busy innkeepers, sleepy shepherds with very tricky sheep, bright jumping stars, beautiful angels who fluttered round the stage to take the shepherds to Bethlehem, kings bearing gifts who got help from a camel with a tablet and Mary and Joseph who found a perfect stable for Baby Jesus.
It all added up to a fabulous show which was much appreciated by all of the audiences. Well done, children, and congratulations to staff on the pupils’ performances.
