Service is honoured by Rotary
Two Ayr club associates have received the highest awards within Rotary for community service.
Tributes were made to the individuals who received Rotary International’s Paul Harris Fellowship Awards for special service.
Dr Kirsty Muirhead was awarded due to her dedicated work at the Ayrshire Hospice, where she is best known to Ayr Rotary members.
The club’s own Charlie Steele was praised for his outstanding service to Rotary, where his business and IT skills have benefited the club.
Charlie has been responsible for setting up the Ayrshire Coastal Path website and many other contributions.
