Amy Hall and Craig Corson
The couple
Amy Hall, 23- year- old dental hygiene therapist from Prestwick married 24- year- old chartered accountant Craig Corson form Ayr.
Their story
The pair met when they were 14 and 15 as they were both members of South Ayrshire Swim Team.
The wedding
Amy and Craig tied the knot on June 30 last year at St Nicolas Parish Church, Prestwick, followed by their reception at The Brig O’Doon.
“The day was amazing from start to end, best day of our lives,” said Amy.
“The weather was terrible in the days leading up to the wedding, however we were lucky to get a dry day.
“The MC for the evening was brilliant at excusing myself and Craig to ensure we took a few moments to ourselves to really take it all in. Looking back this was very much appreciated as without this the day would have been over before we knew it.”
Attire
The bride and bridesmaids wore dresses from Sarah Louise Bridal in Glasgow and all Kilts were from Slaters.

Honeymoon
“We went on a mini- moon straight after the wedding to the Loch Fyne hotel for 3 nights,” said Amy.
“Our main honeymoon was to the Excellence Playa Mujeres just outside Cancun for two and a half weeks in December 2017/ January 2018. We would highly recommend splitting up the honeymoon by doing a mini- moon first and a main honeymoon a few weeks later.
Amy added: “It can get crazy around the time of the wedding, so those few months before our proper Honeymoon were great to allow life to settle down again before going away.
“Also gave us something to look forward to a few months after the wedding.”
