Top recruits attracted by Callaghan success story
Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd have made two key appointments to help sustain their continued success.
The firm have enjoyed year-on-year growth, one of the few to buck the trend, and to continue that success have appointed Richard Devine as Service Manager and Grant Allen as Sales Manager.
Tom Callaghan said: “Around 60 per cent of our work comes from recommendations from previous happy customers, so we know we are getting it right and we are very proud of that.

Richard comes from a joinery background, most recently managing a flagship branch of a national kitchen and joinery trade supplier.
He said: “Having grown up in Ayr, and working in the joinery sector, it’s impossible not to have heard of Tom Callaghan’s excellent reputation. I’m enjoying the responsibility of ensuring that reputation continues.”
Grant has been in home improvements for several years in sales, management and training roles, bringing great knowledge and experience to Tom Callaghan’s.
He said: “I love working with customers and helping them get the best from the improvements they wish to make to their homes, and how it can often improve their lives too.
“It’s great to play a big part in the continued success of this family business.”
