Jossie’s top in the trouts
BROOMHILL
Jossie Brown won the Troutmasters Qualifier releasing 13 trout. It was fished from 9am till 1am; Robert Reid qualified for the Junior Section, releasing five trout.
Dry Fly fishing is incredible just now especially morning but more so in the Evening. Ryan Sharky released 31 in only four Hours; Gordon McDowall released 38 in two visits all caught on Dries.
John Callahan won the first Round of the Summer League with 36lb.

Bonanza Qualifier 4 takes place on Sunday.

SPRINGWATER
Colin Walker celebrated his birthday in style on Springwater fly loch releasing 32 rainbows.
Another good catch went to Dougie Inglis releasing 19; Simon Littlejohn had a good evening releasing 11 including a 14lb rainbow; Neil Shankland released four including a 13lb rainbow; Euan Mckerrow caught and released his new personal best brownie a nice fish of 11lb.
Bait Loch: Davie Kernachan 6 for 15lb; Mr Devlin 3 for 8lb; Euan Mctagart 4 for 9lb 8oz; Wee Brian 3 for 6lb 12oz; John Allerdyce 3 for 6lb; and well done to young Gregor on catching his first ever fish a nice 3lb rainbow.
Coarse Loch fishing well Chris Outram had a great session releasing 20 carp including a cracking 12lb grass carp; Cameron Dodds had four carp and a chub; Jamie Muir had a nice day releasing seven carp to 12lb 4oz and bream and nice roach; Chris Young caught a nice tench of 7lb 8oz.
