Lucy is jumping with joy

Ayr rider Lucy Rennie, 15, has qualified two horses for three finals at the British Showjumping Just for Schools final to be held at The National Championships at Stoneleigh Park, near Oldham, in August.

Lucy (pictured left) who rides for Wellington School in Ayr, qualified two horses at recent Morris Equestrian Centre Direct Qualifiers where competitors and schools nationwide competed for the top three qualifying spots.

She qualified her own horse Bernita in the 90cm and one metre final and in the 110cm final qualified Parkhill Legacy owned by local business Jim Wilmer Equestrian Ltd.
