Win £ 200 to spend at Ayr Central

Get ready for summer with a town centre shopping spree

-

Maybe it’s the Prince George and Princess Charlotte effect, but we’ve never been so obsessed with what children are wearing this summer.

Children’s clothes have their own adorable trends this season. Just as stylish as the grown- ups, kids are embracing florals and leopard print.

Prepare for the fact that your little girl may outshine you in the style stakes this summer with their mini- me party dresses and denim jackets from Next, River Island and Primark.

As for the boys, check out H& M and Debenhams for logo t- shirts, check shirts and cool jeans – the top looks for little dudes. And when it comes to shoes, boys can be just like dad. JD is awash with cool trainers for running around in.

In fact, some looks are so fantastic we wish they’d make them in adult sizes too.

Summer is a great time of year, especially in Scotland… it’s a chance to be free from thick clothing and the hectic schedule that takes place during the school year.

It’s also a chance for you to do a ton of fun things to create happy memories that don’t have to take a lot of planning or cost money.

In fact, why not kick- start the holidays this Saturday, June 30, at Ayr Central with the ‘ One Great Day’ summer fete.

It’s a chance for the whole family to do a spot of shopping while enjoying all the fun of the fair. There’s balloon modellers, face painters, side stalls, bake sale, games and challenges with great prizes.

It’s all in aid of Ayrshire’s Whiteleys Retreat and Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital – and the fun starts at noon.

And to help celebrate and get the kids summer- ready, we’ve teamed up with Primark at Ayr Central to give you the chance to win £ 200 to spend in store on children’s fashion.

To be in with your chance of winning, simply fill in the coupon and sent it to Ayr Central Pay Day competition, Ayrshire Post, Nile Court, High Street, Ayr, KA7 1PX, by Monday at 4pm.

The winner must appear in a photograph for publicity.

The editor’s decision is final.
