Keeping the little ones happy is child’s play

-

help your child learn new skills and enjoy a productive summer holiday.

These are great ways for youngsters to have educational fun during their holidays.

There really is no excuse for youngsters to be bored this summer as there is a host of gala days to keep them entertained.

Marymass in August in Irvine is Scotland’s largest community festival, with thousands of visitors arriving in the town to celebrate the festivities in the town centre.

Highlights include the parade through the town , horse racing and shows at Irvine Moor

– a great event for families to enjoy and you could might even see some agile team make it to the top of the greasy pole, attempting to grab the giant ham from the top.

The Scottish Airshow also returns to Ayr, with for aviation fans to enjoy seeing some of the finest aircraft from all over the world taking to the skies.

And this year there is a double delight as the daring Red Arrows will be undertaking two fly pasts during the weekend in September. Should be amazing!

Why not make a day of it and tuck into a picnic at Ayr’s Low Green – ideal especially if the sun comes out for the Airshow.

So this year start planning now as there is so much to do and see in Ayrshire.
