Shouting from rooftop to praise Callaghan work
When Mr and Mrs McAuliffe of Ardrossan decided to have their conservatory refurbished, Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Limited was one of only two companies they called for a quote.
Mrs McAuliffe said: “Our conservatory was 16- years- old and we wanted a solid roof rather than glass so we decided to have it refurbished.”
She continued: “We’ve known of the company for years, having seen the adverts in the paper.
“We got two quotes for the work but decided to go with Tom, partly because he was just a nice person but also because we liked his idea of going for a Firestone rubber roof rather than tiles.”
The couple dealt with Tom himself during the sales process and were delighted with the service they received, saying: “Tom was great, he was very nice and helpful and had plenty of advice.”
The conservatory refurbishment was undertaken by Derek and Graeme, while the rubber roof was fitted by Barry and the couple could not be happier with the job done by the fitters.
They said: “The guys did an excellent job. They were clean, tidy and very efficient.”
