Super slimmer is a class record breaker
Ayr super slimmer Gordon Malcomson, voted Slimming World Whitletts man of the year, has broken records at his Slimming World group after losing over 7 1/ 2 stone in under six months.
Gordon’s achievements are proof that Slimming World works as well for men as it does for women.
Gordon took his first steps into the local group back in February after facing health scares.
Gordon admits : “My fiancé wanted to join but as she was working sent me along in her place and I’m so glad she did.
“I was having heart problems and my legs were always hurting but now I can do so much more and my health is the best it’s been in over 10 years.
“I now walk 10 miles for fun and go running with friends.”
Tracy, the consultant at the group based at Ayr Pro- Soccer said “Gordon is a true inspiration.
“He follows our Food Optimising Plan and every week his results reflect his efforts.
“He often shares pictures of his man sized meals with fellow members proving losing weight doesn’t need to mean going hungry.”
