Life advice and drop- in sessions

south Ayrshire Life ( 57 Newmarket street, Ayr) offers a whole range of help and advice sessions throughout the week.

this week’s drop- ins are:

thursday, November 15 – Autistic society

the National Autistic society are holding a drop- in from 1pm to 3pm.

Anyone is welcome to come in for informatio­n and support.

Friday, November 16 – Housing support

A support worker from seAscape is available every Friday from 9.30am to 1pm to help anyone in housing need.

Monday, November 19 – stop smoking

trying to stop smoking? Get help and support from a Quit Your Way advisor every two weeks at south Ayrshire Life, 57 Newmarket street from 2pm to 4.15pm. No appointmen­t needed.

tuesday, November 20 – survive the Bullies

springback is a new charity to help people of all ages who are being bullied.

they are holding a drop- in session from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Come in for a confidenti­al chat, advice and support.

Wednesday, November 21 – Back to work

Working Links work with people who have health conditions and require support to get back into employment.

they are holding weekly drop- ins on Wednesdays from 10am to 12noon.

Pop in and see them for help including completing CVs and interview skills. No appointmen­t needed.

Wednesday, November 21– Heating help

Home Energy scotland will be offering free advice on energy saving and much more from 1pm to 4pm. No appointmen­t needed.
