Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd enjoys the custom of many repeat customers.
The McAusland’s of Ayr are a prime example, having given their business to the company on three separate occasions – they had roofline, windows and a door at the rear of their property done in December 2017; a conservatory built in spring 2018 and roofline, windows and a door at the front of their property in June this year.
The couple said: “The windows of the property needed to be replaced as they were over 20 years old.”
The McAuslands first heard of Tom Callaghan through word of mouth after the company worked on a colleague’s property.
After having their first job fitted, they knew to go straight back to Tom for future work.

“We dealt with Tom and Grant during the sales process. Tom put us at ease and they both asked lots of questions and gave good advice based on what we were looking for.
“We decided to go back to the company as we were really happy with the service and products first time around.”
When asked about the job done by the fitters, they said: “They were very professional and they always cleaned up when they were finished.
“They were also all very friendly and worked around work shifts as much as they could.”
The couple were delighted with the finished product, adding: “The windows and doors are exactly what we wanted.”
