Wannabe – The Spice Girls Show, which is a special tribute, is heading to Kilmarnock next year, and the girls will be taking to the Grand Hall stage on Friday, March 29 2019.
The Spice Girls have announced a special tour next year, which will come to Murrayfield in Scotland.
But without Posh Spice is it really the Spice Girls?
Wannabe is the biggest touring theatre production inspired by the ultimate girl power group so grab your tickets while you can!
The show has generated so much interest since going on sale, it has been moved to the Grand Hall as ‘ 90s nostalgia lives strong in Ayrshire.
And although Victoria Beckham won’t be there, Joanna Walters will be rocking it up as Posh herself on the Kilmarnock stage for the Wannabe show.
Brighton- born Joanna, 24, said: “The Spice Girls getting back together is great for our show, because everyone is talking about it.
“They aren’t doing many shows, and there’s so many people who want to see a Spice Girls show - then they find us.
“And also because Posh Spice isn’t doing the Spice Girls tour - they can come and see me!
“It’s a shame she won’t be there though, everyone wanted them all to be together.”
Joanna added: “Our group Wannabe work so well together.
“We are a real team, and we have an absolute ball and now we get on great!
“Obviously it’s very tiring all over the country, but we are all in it together so it’s great.
“The audiences go crazy so we get a buzz from that!”
The Spice Girls and their ‘ girl power’ defined a generation, becoming pop icons for many children, teenagers and adults of the time.
The Spice Girls captured the world’s attention with their debut single Wannabe, released in 1996.
The single went on to become one of the bestselling singles of all time, topping the charts in 37 countries and selling over six million copies worldwide.
