Porn- loving OAP is ‘ at it’ again

-

It was a cold winter day on Saturday but that did not stop these hard workers pitching in for their community.

Kincaidston Community Centre, the A perverted pensioner who was convicted for viewing porn in a Chinese restaurant has struck again.

Former GP Brian Dunn, 75, of Arrol Drive, Seafield, rubbed his groin while watching smut in the Sandgate’s Ruby 7 Days eaterie.

And he was caught in the act again when two female diners saw him viewing filth on his mobile phone at a nearby table in Livingston.

Although the sound was turned off he appeared aroused by the sex scenes and was touching his genitals over his clothing, Livingston Sheriff Court was told.

Dunn had his sentence deferred for a psychological report and a restriction of liberty assessment.

He was also ordered to stay out of trouble until he is sentenced later this month.

His name has already been added to the sex offenders’ register for the second time, banning him from accessing the internet and having unsupervised contact with children.

The former doctor earlier pled guilty to engaging in sexual activity in the women’s presence at The Phoenix Restaurant in Livingston, West Lothian, on 25 April last year.

He also pled guilty to stalking his former partner at her home in West Lothian over a seven- month period.

He admitted bombarding her with unwanted calls and sending her sexually abusive texts.

The string of crude messages included one telling his ex to “open up your long black legs and let me enter you”.

In another he threatened to rape her as well as her mother and her daughter.

His victims can’t be named for legal reasons.

Dunn – described as a “very intelligent man” – was said to have worked as a family doctor in Scotland during his medical career.

He then practiced medicine overseas and lived in Livingston before retiring to upmarket Arrol Drive in 2017.

At an earlier hearing Sheriff Martin Edington branded him a “danger to the public” after being told he had committed similar sexual offences at a Chinese restaurant in Ayr the previous year.

Dunn was given a community sentence in Ayr after pleading guilty to viewing porn in public and making sexual remarks to teenage girls.

The creep brazenly looked at X- rated images on his mobile phone as he tucked into food at Ruby 7 Days in New Bridge Street in the South Ayrshire town on July 1 and August 6 2017.

Since his last appearance at Livingston, the court heard, Dunn had been charged with fresh offences and was awaiting court dates for those.

He is due to return to Livingston for sentence on March h 21.
