Highly recommended

-

Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd relies on word of mouth and recommendations from existing customers, with the company priding itself on being recommended again and again.

For Mr and Mrs Nardini of Girvan, Tom Callaghan was a name that kept coming up when they asked for recommendations.

The Nardinis recently had a dormer window put in upstairs in their home and they could not be happier.

Mr Nardini said: “For the last two or three years the existing windows had been terrible during the winter.

“And with the winter wind we get here they needed to be replaced.”

When asked how they first heard of the company, Mr Nardini went on: “The local bowling club had most of their windows done and we were impressed by the quality of the double glazing.

“A number of other people around Girvan also recommended the company to us.

“We got two quotes for the work but decided to go with Tom, based on the workmanship we’d seen at the bowling club and the word of our friends who had also had work done by the company.”

Mr and Mrs Nardini dealt with Tom himself during the sales process and their windows were fitted by Phil and Barry.

They said: “Tom was hands- on. He came up to do the quote and measure up and when the job was finished he came out to have a look and check everything was okay.

“Phil and Barry were very clean. They came in early, they started with no fuss and we didn’t need to do any tidying up after they were gone.”

The couple were so happy with the job done by Tom Callaghan that they subsequently ordered an external door and are currently waiting for it to be fitted.

Mr Nardini said: “The slogan on Tom’s vans is ‘ we come recommended’ and we certainly agree with that.”

Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd offers high- quality products at competitive prices, providing a professional service and a product you will want to show off.

The team at the Ayr showroom will be delighted to discuss your home improvement proposals.
