Tiled conversion is ideal fit

-

Caledonian first did work for Mr and Mrs Armour in 2009 when they built their conservatory.

Mr and Mrs Armour were so happy with the excellent service and high standard of workmanship that they returned to Caledonian over the years for various types of work including the replacement of their windows and doors, monoblocking and replacement roofline.

Over the years, Mr and Mrs Armour have enjoyed their conservatory and decided it was time to for an upgrade so they contacted Caledonian and managing director Tom came out to speak to them about their options.

Mr and Mrs Armour decided to turn their space into more of a sunroom by having a tiled roof installed which allows the room to be more accessible all year round.

Some older conservatories can be too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, but the installation of a tiled roof can ensure your space is usable all year round and can be transformed for a variety of functions such as a dining room, lounge or simply an area that allows you to overlook your garden no matter the weather.

Mr and Mrs Armour were very pleased with the service they received before, during and after the installation of their roof and felt they were kept in the picture the whole way through. They said: “Tom and one of the managers came out on the first day to check everything was going according to plan; the installers were very courteous, and tidy”.

If you currently have a conservatory which isn’t reaching its full potential, contact Caledonian for a free no- obligation quote on 01292 619 111 or visit the showroom on 13 Old Farm Road.
