Magazine

New Cumnock Parish Church December Magazine is available in the Church or at New Cumnock Town Hall.

Xmas parade

Dundonald Chuch Christmas Fayre will be held on Saturday, ( Dec 7) in the Church Hall at 2pm.

Enjoy afternoon tea, book stall, bottle stall, tombola, home baking, decoration and gift stall, jewellery, games, and more.

The Christmas Parade, where children are encouraged to dress up as a Christmas character, will start from Church at 1.55pm ( kids asked to meet there from 1.30pm onwards).

Candle carol

A Carols by Candleligh­t Service will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, December 11 at in the Girvan South Church.

The service will be led by the Ogston Team and will feature Our Young Ones, songs by Lorna McColm and partner and a flute solo by Jean Ogston.

Gift tags with the age and gender of a recipient will be available in the church for those who wish to give a present to an individual.

There will be a collection for a children’s charity for those who wish to donate cash.

Mince Pies, shortbread and juice following the service.

Nativity

Ayr St Columba Christmas will hold their All age Nativity on Sunday Dec 15 at 9.30am.

Gifts

St James’ Parish Church in Ayr will hold their Gift service on Sunday, December 15 from 11am.

Members are invited to place a gift under the tree for under- privileged children.

All gifts will be donated to Barnardo’s and Children First.

Angel tree

Ayr Salvation Army Community Church are holding their Angel Tree Toy Service on Sunday, Dec 8 at 10: 45am- 12: 45pm.

Ladies social

New Cumnock Baptist’s ladies Xmas social takes place on Monday, Dec 9 at 7pm, with Auchinleck Academy Choir and Alison Shaw speaking.
