Circles Advocacy are holding a drop- in event at the South Ayrshire Life shop, 57 Newmarket Street, Ayr on Thursday, March 26 from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

If you need help to speak up, understand your rights or have a say about services you receive, just call in and have a chat.

Housing support

A fortnightly drop- in session in Ayr town centre aims to help anyone in housing need.

A support worker from SeAscape is available every second Friday morning from 10am to 1pm at South Ayrshire Life, 57 Newmarket Street.

Stop Smoking

Trying to stop smoking? Get help and support from a Quit Your Way advisor every two weeks at South Ayrshire Life, 57 Newmarket Street from 2pm to 4pm.

The next drop- in is on Monday, March 30. Just call in.

Legal Advice Clinic

Drop in to the South Ayrshire Life shop at 57 Newmarket Street, Ayr, from 10am to 12noon on Tuesday, March 31 for free legal advice on wills and Power of Attorney.

Back to work

Start Scotland work with people who have health conditions and require support to get back into employment. They are holding a drop- in at South Ayrshire Life, 57 Newmarket Street, Ayr on Wednesday, April 1, from 10am to noon. Pop in and see them for help including completing CVs and interview skills. They have information on different vacancies.
