Heading down to the farm

The Ayrshire Post and our good friends at Heads of Ayr Farm Park have teamed up to offer our readers a chance to win a free family pass at the park each week over the school holidays in a fantastic new competition.

This summer enjoy an amazing family adventure at the multi-award winning Heads of Ayr Farm Park - winner of the UK’s Farm Attraction of the Year 2022, and regional winner of Visit Scotland’s Thistle Award for Best Visitor Attraction in Glasgow and The West of Scotland from 2017 to 2022.

Come face-to-face with more than 80 different species of animals, even some endangered species. Along with camels, meerkats, lemurs, otters, alpacas, snakes, raccoons and more, the park has introduced a new herd of stunning Highland cows and calves for 2022.

You can explore their amazing play areas and get stuck in with brilliant family activities.

Their playground is just one of many different attractions and activities on offer, as well as massive themed play zones, a huge indoor soft play, jumping pillows, quad bikes, train rides, bumper boats and more.

Hungry families are well catered for with three food outlets, The Stables Coffee Bar, Grazers Grill BBQ, and the large Stonehouse Kitchen restaurant, newly refurbished for 2022.
