WEDDING: THE Marriage took place on November 26 at Chateau Rhianfa, Menai Bridge, of Dr Eleri Holmes daughter of Mr and Mrs Adrian and Angharad Holmes of Sarn Fraint, Penmynydd, to Mr Brian Edward Flynn of Chorlton, Manchester, son of Mr and Mrs David and Kathleen Flynn of Rochdale, Manchester. The Best Man was Mr Anthony Flynn, the groom’s friend and the Chief Bridesmaid was Miss Sophie Marshall, of Warrington. The Bridesmaids were Miss Gemma Williams, of London, Mrs Fran Robinson and Mrs Caroline Lockwood of Northern Ireland, friends of the bride. The Page Boy was the Bride’s nephew Master Ifor William Holmes of Llanfairpwll and the Flower Girl was the Bride’s niece Miss Mabli Christine Holmes of Llanfairpwll. The ushers were Dr Timothy Holmes, the bride’s brother and Mr Stephen Griffin of Manchester. The readings at the service were read by Mr John Bowen, the Bride’s Godfather, Dr Alison Firth, the bride’s friend and Miss Katie Stretton the grooms niece.The couple will live in Manchester where they both work and the honeymoon is spent in Copenhagen, Denmark. A celebratory hog roast party was held at Sarn Fraint on Sunday, Nov 27 to farewell the happy couple and all family and friends who had travelled to Anglesey for the weekend.
