EGLWYS BACH COMMUNITY HALL: MEMORY CAFE/CAFFI COF: Come along to the Memory Lane Club, enjoy ‘panad and cake’ and take part in activities that help your memory. NEWBOROUGH CINEMA CLUB: The Cinema Club runs on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays each month 7pm. NEWBOROUGH LEISURE CLUB: met in the Prichard Jones Institute on April 12. Roz welcomed all members. Trip to Blaenau Ffestiniog on Tuesday June 13 will cost £28 for members (£31 for non-members). This includes coach and train fares and lunch. Members should bring money to the May meeting with completed menu options.

Coach will leave the square at 9.15am. Roz has applied for funding for a projector and screen, and asked members for other sources of funds. Nigel Kendrick then talked about the work of “Always Aim High Events” who run the Sandman Triathlon in Newborough, emphasisin­g its input into the local community. The speaker on May 10 will be Sue Davies, the Anglesey Lighthouse Keeper.
