TABLE TENNIS: Cemaes Bay Table Tennis Social Club is a small group, who meet on a Tuesday between 7.30pm-9.30pm at Cemaes Bay village hall. There are three tables and all equipment is provided. Each session costs £2 which includes tea/coffee during the break. New players to the game are very welcome. Call Rachel on 01407 710893. CRAFTY T’ARTS: Would like to invite you to our Summertime Craft Nights every Wednesday at the Crafty T’Arts Craft Centre, 7 High Street in Cemaes Bay. Every week there will be a new craft or art project on offer for you to try. There’s plenty to do including felt making, silk painting, paper making, yarn dyeing, needlefelt­ing and much more. £10 for 2 hours including all materials and whatever you make you take home. Refreshmen­ts included. Sociable, fun, educationa­l and great value for money. 7pm till 9pm from July 19. Help support this not for profit group run by volunteers who share what we know because we love to. Come and give us a try, be delighted by what you can do. CEMAES BAY CRAFT AND FOOD FAIR: On Saturday July 15 Crafty T’Arts are holding a craft fair to raise funds for the Cemaes Bay Carnival. The Village Hall will be packed with 20 stalls which will include a wide variety of beautifull­y made arts and crafts, activities for the children and a select pre-loved stall. Light refreshmen­ts available. Entrance is free. 10am till 3pm at the Village Hall. See for yourself what’s going on at our Facebook page: Cemaes Bay Craft and Food Fair. This is going to be a lovely event, see you there! RNLI FUN DOG SHOW: The RNLI will be holding a ‘Fun Dog Show’ on Sunday afternoon July 23 at Cemaes Bay football ground, starting at 2pm. Price of entry is £2-50 children under 16 free entry. There will be a charge of £1 per dog for each class entered. Judging of the classes- in this order-will start at approximat­ely 2.30pm. 1: Obstacles-Dog plus owner. 2: Most handsome dog. 3: Best puppy. 4: Best dressed up dog. 5: Obedience. 6: Dog most like owner. 7: Waggiest tail. 8: Best condition- short coat.9: Best condition- long coat. 10: Scruffiest dog. 11: Best six legs.12: Golden oldie-7 years and older. Registrati­on for the classes will take place on the day at the ground from 2pm. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Hot and cold food will be available from the football canteen. Additional stalls of souvenirs, raffles ,tombola, bran tub, and bric-a-brac to raise funds for the RNLI will be found around the ground. CEMAES BAY FOOTBALL CLUB: The AGM of CBFC will take place on Tuesday 18 July 2017 at 7pm in Cemaes Village Hall. The business of the meeting is to elect the Club Officers and Committee Members. The Chairman, Dr Tom Conway will make a presentati­on on the Management and Operation of the Club, and its Contributi­on to the Cemaes and District Community.
