EGLWYS BACH COMMUNITY HALL EVENTS: MEMORY CAFE/CAFFI COF: Come along to the Memory Lane Club, enjoy ‘panad and cake’ and take part in activities that help your memory. LLANDDWYN/NEWBOROUGH WI: met on July 5 in Eglwys Bach. Linda greeted Bethan and Carol on their July birthdays, and Pam and Yvonne in August. Details were finalised for the trip to Gwydir Castle on 19 July and a fundraisin­g event was discussed. Chris requested volunteers for the launch of the Art and Leisure Trail on July 16 at Aberffraw village hall between 1 and 4pm and Sandy spoke for the Marie Curie stall at the Eisteddfod. Either Linda or Liz will host the social on August 2. Members will be informed nearer the time. On September 6Jenny Shaw will talk on Beekeeping. Anita and Lucy led a hands-on demonstrat­ion of felt flower making.
