WEEKLY DRAW: Winner of the football Clubs weekly draw held on Saturday April 14 was Medwyn c/o Ron Hughes.

GWYNGYLL WI: Earlier this month Dewi Rhys Owen from Deaf/Blind Cymru spoke about the work carried out by the Charity. He spoke about the various conditions which can cause sight loss, and about hearing loss. He had brought along special glasses to replicate various types of sight loss, together with a tape to replicate various hearing problems. The Charity celebrates its 90th birthday this year. Next meeting, at 7.30pm on Thurs May 3 will be the Resolution­s Meeting, followed by a social evening. Visitors will be welcome.
