MENAI BRIDGE COMMUNITY HERITAGE TRUST: The Menai Heritage Centre Museum at Canolfan Thomas Telford Centre (opposite Waitrose) is open from 10am-5pm every Wednesday and Thursday until November 1. Entrance £3, accompanied children (under 16) free.
CAMERA CLUB: Beaumaris and Menai Bridge Camera Club’s 2018/19 season will begin on Friday September 7 at 7:30pm. The Club meets on Friday evenings from September to April in the hall of St Anne’s Catholic Church, in Dale Street, Menai Bridge. HMS CONWAY: Menai Heritage, is commemorating the 65th anniversary of the grounding of the training ship HMS Conway in the Menai Strait, with a special exhibition, to include photos of the ship and of some of the cadets, and a number of artefacts from the ship, many loaned from the Friends of the HMS Conway. On until the end of June at the Thomas Telford Centre on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10am-5pm. Entrance fee £3; children under 16 free.
