EGLWYS BACH COMMUNITY HALL EVENTS: MEMORY CAFE/CAFFI COF: Come along to the Memory Lane Club, enjoy ‘panad and cake’ and take part in activities that help your memory. NEWBOROUGH CINEMA CLUB: The Cinema Club runs on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays each month, doors open 6.30pm, film showing at the new time of 7pm. NEWBOROUGH WALKING GROUP: the group meets on Thursdays outside Eglwys Bach 10am for a two hour walk, weather permitting, transport provided if the walk is further afield. Elly greeted a good crowd and several visitors. Linda reported on the NFWI Conference and on shared activities with Bodorgan group. Members were invited to book for future events. Enfys Haf Creeney then demonstrat­ed a wide range of the techniques and products used in Shabby Chic. The September meeting will be a games evening and members are asked to bring any cards, board games etc. PRITCHARD JONES INSTITUTE: Oriel Rhosyr, open to all, Tuesday 10am-2pm.
