Gadd hat-trick as Amlwch back on track

CERYS GADD netted a hat-trick as Amlwch Town returned to winning ways in North Wales Women’s League Division Two with a 5-0 victory at Penrhyn Bay.

Paige Williams and Beth Smith were also on target against a much-improved home side.

Bethesda Athletic crashed to a shock 5-0 defeat at Corwen in the NEWFA Cup.

Pesda are top of Division Two with seven straight wins. They had key players missing, but were second best to a Corwen outfit in sparkling form, Thalia Christian-McGrail with a hat-trick, Llywela Siriol Edwards and Amelia Evans also finding the net.
