Jules Peters originally from North Wales, is a musician and philanthropist. A busy mum of two, Jules divides her time playing the keyboard in the internationally acclaimed Rock Band, The Alarm, and developing support programmes for the cancer organisations she cofounded in the UK and the USA over a decade ago, the Love Hope Strength Foundations. Jules has had to play carer for her husband, The Alarm’s lead singer Mike, who has been living with a leukaemia diagnosis, but more recently roles were reversed when Jules was faced with her own breast cancer diagnosis. Jules will share stories of her rock and role life, her life as a mother and explaining how her passion for change, which is channelled through her voluntary work with the Love Hope Strength Foundations has helped her to stay focussed and positive.
