A NEW and exciting exhibition has opened at Storiel, Bangor, which showcases the work of talented young artists from Gwynedd and Anglesey.

On display in the Criw Celf Gwynedd & Môn exhibition is artwork in various media which includes painting, ink and pencil, printing, weaving, glass, mixed media and more which were created in art masterclas­ses from January to June.

Criw Celf develops the talent of children and young people in the field of art by offering masterclas­ses on weekends with profession­al artists.

These sessions introduce young artists to new techniques and enable them to gain confidence in their creative skills.

As well as the technical aspect, it also provides an opportunit­y for members to make new friends in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The Criw Celf Gwynedd & Môn exhibition will be on display at Storiel, Bangor until August 17.

Storiel is open Tuesday to Saturday – 11am-5pm. OASIS CHURCH: Oasis Church in Margaret St welcomes you to the all age service at 10.30am each Sunday morning. BEAUMARIS PIONEERS: Walking group meets every Wed at 2pm in the Iorwerth Rowlands Centre, Steeple Lane. It walks for an hour in the surroundin­g area, followed by light refreshmen­ts at the Centre; Contact the Centre 01248 811508 to register an interest and obtain details.
